Chocolate Strawberry Brownie

Updated: Jul 26, 2020

A delicious fudgy with strawberries not only in it but on it as well!

I am a brownie gal all the way; if I have to choose between eating a cake or brownie, I would definitely go for brownies any time- but not the same way if I have to bake one. Reason: I just have very high expectations from brownies, not only mine, but from every brownie I ever eat. I want them to tick all the boxes, chocolatey-yes, fudgy-yes, gooey-yes, chewy-yes. I just want to forget everything when I am eating them, I don't know why I feel that way, but I just do.

And that's the reason why I am scared of making brownies; I don't think I will ever be happy with what I bake. But having said that, I really enjoyed making and eating this Strawberry Brownie. I have to be honest and say that it was not gooey, as I dint want it that way because I was focused on getting the strawberry flavour incorporated in it.

Do try to make these if you want to try something different than our usual only chocolate or chocolate-nut brownies.
