When the weather Gods are chilling!
Hot chocolate is over rated, said NO ONE EVER. There is a reason why marshmallows were invented-to buddy up with our sweet old classic Hot Chocolate on those chilly winter days/night.
I honestly had no reason to exclude this from my Chocolate collection. It just had to go in. I know people would prefer the easy way of using pre mixed hot chocolate powder, and get going; but making yourself a hot cup of chocolate from scratch is very gratifying.
Just try it once, and you will see that it is just as easy as it comes, on top of being tasty.
If you are looking for some variations in your hot chocolate, based on your weather, mood, or just because😁; you can add in ice cubes for a cold version or go with some espresso for a 'stay awake' version-either way, you will love it.
