Rose Icecream with Cardamom syrup

A sweet delight with a spicy note!

Homemade Ice cream with just three ingredients- yes you heard it right! That's how easy making ice cream at home is! All you need is heavy whipping cream, condensed milk and the flavour extract of your choice- that is it. And yes, you will need some patience too😜to wait for atleast 6-8 hours for the ice cream to freeze before you serve yourself(and others) with big scoops of home made ice cream.

For this one, I decided to go with a topping of cardamom syrup to the delicious rose ice cream to just give it a spicy factor-something different, a twist if you may say.

And the combo worked perfectly together, though I wish I would have upped the quantity of cardamom, so I did update my recipe to take that into account. Personally, I enjoy the mix of sweet and spicy and so this combination is just so right as it gets the flavour mix on point.

You can choose to skip the cardamom syrup if you think you or your kids will not enjoy- after all Ice cream is what everyone is after, right? I have uploaded separate videos aka 15 seconds #Reels on my Instagram account for the ice cream and the cardamom syrup so you can check out how easy it is to make ice cream at home. Just add in the flavours you like, it can range from Caramel to Nutella to PB&J. Explore what works for you, and then sit and enjoy!
