Brownie Fruit Pizza

What is better than a Brownie itself? A Brownie turned into a Pizza!

It was a popular belief that brownie couldn't be made any more better, so I rose to the challenge and made myself some brownie pizza. Too dramatic? Hahaha, my bad; but really, imagine fresh seasonal fruits on chocolatey, chewy brownie!

The best part of this brownie pizza or pizza brownie, whatever you want to call it, is the use of white chocolate sauce aka pizza sauce-double yum! If you are not a fan of white chocolate, just use milk and dark chocolate chips instead with the cream; that will give the pizza smooth, silky chocolate layer.

The concept I had in mind when I thought of chocolate pizza was to have a chocolate burst rim like the ones we have on cheese burst pizzas; but it din't work out. The edges were turning up burnt. Maybe that exercise is for another day. I love trying things out but do try to restrain myself a little as I do not like wasting food items. I do mini trial runs before the actual dish, that helps in creating less wastage. Do let me know, how your Brownie pizza turns up!
