Easy Orange Sorbet

All you need are three ingredients for this Sorbet!

Do you know the difference between Sorbet, Gelato and Ice cream. Sorbet does not contain any dairy so is Vegan as well, but really what is the actual difference between Ice cream and gelato. Because when I was planning on this "Keep it Cool" series, I was wondering if I should make all three, and so was exploring around- I came across this interesting article, have a read if you get to it. To summarize, Gelato is actually Italian word Ice cream, but the main difference is the texture and fat quantity in these two. Back to sorbet, which is no fuss, no churning required frozen dessert. Easy, Peasy and ready quickly. You can use any fruit of your choice and freeze it before you start with the sorbet. You can also use frozen fruits packets easily available in the stores. I have uploaded a short video on my Instagram page @thewhiskjournal- go check it out and make it!
